Successful “Pitch” Proposals Announced!
Students from four Illawarra Schools are currently designing marketing campaigns to promote the great range of careers available in the Aged & Community Services Industry.
The Illawarra Forum, received several successful ‘Pitch’ proposals and awarded grants to the following participating groups:
- Dapto High
- Bulli High
- Alesco Learning Centre Illawarra
- Kiama Youth Services (Kiama High)
Young people are at the forefront when it comes to embracing technology, and the Illawarra Forum – as the peak body for Community Services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven – wants to harness these skills to promote the great range of careers available.
With the support of their teachers and mentors these passionate Illawarra students are working on innovative marketing solutions to attract younger people to the Aged & Community Services Industry.
We are excited to fund these four projects and look forward to seeing what these students create.
